My Compliance: the employee self-service page

Policy acknowledgment and AI literacy are both real obligations, but neither one is an admin's job to complete on someone else's behalf. My Compliance is the page every logged-in team member has, regardless of role, to see and clear exactly what is asked of them personally.

Transcript

Policy sign-off and AI literacy training are real obligations, but neither one should mean chasing every employee for a signature or running the check on their behalf.

My Compliance is the page any logged-in team member has, whatever their role. It shows exactly what is outstanding for that person: policies still waiting on their sign-off, and their own AI literacy status.

Reviewing and signing off a policy here records the same acknowledgment as an emailed link, just tagged as given in-app, and the admin-side acknowledgment matrix updates immediately.

The AI literacy card tracks that specific person's own assessment, satisfying Article 4's staff literacy duty individually, rather than one shared result standing in for the whole company.

Starting the quiz from here takes them straight into their own assessment, and their score appears back on this page the moment they submit it.

No admin access is required for any of it. A plain team member, in the lowest-privilege role the platform has, clears their own compliance duties directly.

Why this is required

ISO 27001 A.6.3 and the AI Act's Article 4 literacy duty both require evidence tied to a specific person, not a role or a department. A record only an admin can see or create is a weaker record than one the person themselves generated by acting on it directly.

Routing every acknowledgment through an admin, or an emailed link that has to be chased, is real ongoing labour for whoever runs compliance. Letting staff clear their own list removes that admin from the loop entirely for the common case.

What EuroCompliant does

Any team member who is logged in, at any role, sees their own pending items here: policies marked as requiring sign-off that they have not yet acknowledged, and their current AI literacy status.

Acknowledging a policy from this page records the same attestation as the emailed-link flow elsewhere in the platform, just tagged as given in-app rather than via email, and it updates the admin-side acknowledgment matrix immediately.

The AI literacy card shows whether that specific person has completed their own assessment and their score, with a direct link into the quiz itself. This is individual, not organisation-wide: two team members can be in different states at the same time.

Frequently asked

Does every team member see the same items here?

No. Each person sees only their own pending policies and their own literacy status -- nothing here is shared across the team.

Do I need a particular role to use this page?

No. Every logged-in team member, including a plain viewer with no other permissions, can acknowledge their own policies and take their own literacy assessment from here.

Where does this leave the admin-side acknowledgment matrix?

Unchanged, and always current. Whether someone acknowledges via My Compliance or an emailed link, the matrix reflects it immediately.
